动态熵权网络分析DEWNA,该工具于2024年11月在Briefings in Bioinformatics上发表。其主要用来分析多时间点或者多组的样本数据,它利用了熵权法、共表达网络分析和广义报告分数分析处理时间序列多组学数据,帮助识别在疾病进展中显著变化的基因、蛋白质、代谢物的枢纽和通路,帮助我们识别潜在的生物标志物。感兴趣的可以来试一试。本系列视频会收录在我们公众号菜单:技术动态->悟空云系列讲座。
