今天要分享的是悟空云交流视频第五十二期---《评估肿瘤纯度》,其主要用于评估和计算肿瘤纯度,因为肿瘤样本通常混杂着正常细胞(如间质细胞、免疫细胞等),这些非肿瘤细胞的DNA会干扰肿瘤特异性突变的检测和分析。计算肿瘤纯度可以校正这些干扰,确保突变、拷贝数变异和基因表达分析的准确性。有相关分析需求的老师和同学可以来看看视频。本系列视频会收录在我们公众号菜单:技术动态->悟空云系列讲座
